Having had 18 months or so since our formation in November 2018 we needed to make a few changes to our constitution. The main changes were to make membership free, although donations are always welcomed and changing the dates for our AGM and end of year accounts. The planned EGM had to be cancelled due to the Covid lockdown regulations, so the Committee decided to have an online vote instead, where the changes were unanimously approved.

The continuing extended regulations meant we could not hold an AGM at the appropriate time, so reluctantly we will cover two years business at the 2021 AGM and the current committee will continue in office till then.

The committee comprises. Chair – Alan Jones, Secretary – Joan Solomon, Treasurer – Stuart Rayer, Business rep – Paul Helyer, Sandown North rep – Holly Brenchley, Sandown South rep – Ian Fletcher,  Entertainment etc.- Stephen Parkes.
